About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Facilities Engineering and Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership in all facilities, engineering, and maintenance operations across a large and diverse portfolio, including hospitals, ambulatory sites, senior living, residential, and corporate facilities. This role does not encompass real estate functions. The Vice President will oversee a significant amount of square footage and a large number of care sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous quality improvement in the areas of construction, operations, and maintenance. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare or research-facility engineering and operations. The role requires a candidate with a strong proficiency in facilities operations software, data analytics, and CMMS platforms, as well as demonstrated expertise in the relevant areas of the position. The Vice President will be a critical part of the executive team, driving the company's mission to provide the highest level of care and service to its patients and members.
