The Company is seeking a Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO) to lead its enterprise-wide philanthropic growth strategy. The CPO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the Foundation's long-term strategic impact and deepening engagement with donors, professional advisors, and community stakeholders. This transformational executive will oversee the Development and Philanthropic Services function, guiding a sophisticated fundraising and donor engagement strategy to support both immediate revenue objectives and long-term asset growth. The role involves leading the operationalization of the Foundation's strategic plan, structuring complex philanthropic gifts, and fostering a culture of philanthropy.
