About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a strategic partner and content expert, providing operational leadership to ensure the long-term sustainability and mission success. The COO will be responsible for all program operations, including behavioral health, substance use services, and residential support, with a focus on operational excellence, quality of care, and fostering a culture of compassion and accountability. Specific duties include leading program operations, partnering with the executive team to drive a unified vision, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with the CFO on budget management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in relevant fields, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and a deep understanding of Medicaid, state regulations, and behavioral health service delivery models.
