About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to play a pivotal role in the firm's expansion. The successful candidate will be a true business leader, responsible for taking the visionary's growth goals and transforming them into a structured, highly functional reality. This includes executing business strategy, building scalable infrastructure, and ensuring relentless accountability. The COO will also be tasked with running the daily business engine, allowing the Founder to concentrate on high-stakes litigation and trial practice. Experience as an EOS Integrator is highly preferred, as the company operates under the Entrepreneurial Operating System framework. Core responsibilities for the COO / Integrator include EOS integration, process and systems infrastructure, financial management, talent and HR architecture, vendor and asset management, and cross-department alignment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, growth-stage business environment, with a strong emphasis on operational discipline and scalability expertise. While legal industry experience is not mandatory, a deep understanding of the EOS framework and a proven track record as an Integrator are essential. The role demands a tech-savvy leader with exceptional proficiency in modern project management systems, CRM platforms, and workforce automation technologies, as well as strong financial literacy and high emotional intelligence.
