Applicants for the Executive Director of Financial Services position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 5 years' of experience in accounting, and a minimum of 3 years' in a supervisory or management role within accounting. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, CPA certification, and experience in governmental accounting are considered advantageous. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, a proven track record of maintaining financial compliance, and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
