About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President-level IAM Senior Engineer to take on a pivotal role in its corporate technology division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IAM governance program, with a focus on access governance, shaping best practices for IAM controls, and ensuring robust automation and user lifecycle management. This hands-on position requires expertise in managing primary IAM platforms, developing and maintaining access provisioning automations, and overseeing the creation and review of entitlements to maintain strong controls. The role also involves managing onboarding and offboarding workflows, deploying SSO applications, and leading recertification processes to drive continuous IAM program improvements. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in IAM roles within technology or information security. Comprehensive knowledge of IAM and governance platforms is essential, particularly with hands-on experience in tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta. Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and API development for workflow automation is required, along with a proven track record in managing role-based entitlements and access certification processes. Experience in deploying and supporting SSO solutions, particularly within Okta, and familiarity with regulatory and security best practices in highly regulated environments are also key qualifications. Industry certifications in cloud platforms or IAM are preferred.
