About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic, operational, financial, and organizational leadership in the delivery of high-quality care coordination services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will serve as the chief executive and public representative, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and strong stakeholder relationships. This role demands a balance of strategic vision, analytical decision-making, and compassionate leadership, with a focus on advancing the organization's mission and maintaining operational excellence. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include leading and inspiring a remote workforce, advocating for individuals with disabilities, and developing the organizational and operational structure in partnership with the Board. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, engaging in policy advocacy, and providing direct supervision to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of five years of senior-level leadership experience in OPWDD-regulated environments, and a proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and compliance. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of IDD services are essential.
