About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide enterprise-wide leadership across a portfolio of luxury dining locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, culinary and service excellence, and brand standards while ensuring a premium guest experience. This executive will oversee a team that includes Regional Directors, General Managers, and cross-functional partners, with a focus on consistent execution in high-volume, chef-driven environments. Key responsibilities include direct P&L accountability, establishing and enforcing elevated service and culinary standards, leading operational teams to improve productivity and guest satisfaction, and standardizing operating systems while allowing for local market flexibility. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' progressive restaurant leadership experience, with at least 5 years in multi-unit executive oversight within upscale or fine dining. The role requires a candidate with a strong financial acumen, a proven track record in managing high-volume dining concepts, and experience in areas such as prime cost management, luxury service economics, and leading multi-market teams. The Vice President of Operations will also be involved in recruiting and developing top-tier management and culinary talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and leading new unit openings and expansion efforts.
