About the Role

Applicants for the Dean position at the company's College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences should possess a terminal degree in agriculture, environmental sciences, or a related discipline, with academic credentials suitable for the rank of full professor. A minimum of 3 years' of significant senior leadership and administrative experience is required, along with a successful record in fundraising, excellent budget management skills, and a commitment to student learning and diversity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural extension, experience in holistic student success, and a proven track record in extramural research funding. The Dean will also be expected to champion a welcoming climate for all, with a focus on equity, inclusion, and the advancement of Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
