About the Role

The Company is seeking a Private Equity Vice President to join their deal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transactions from start to finish, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio value creation. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the Vice President expected to work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company executives. Key responsibilities include building and reviewing financial models, leading due diligence workstreams, driving deal execution, and partnering with portfolio company leadership on strategic and operational initiatives. The role also involves preparing investment materials, mentoring junior professionals, and contributing to the firm's knowledge and process improvement. Applicants for the Private Equity Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6-8+ years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analytical, financial modeling, and valuation capabilities, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Experience with operationally intensive businesses or value-creation initiatives is preferred. The role is suited to individuals who are passionate about investing and are looking for a long-term career within a middle-market private equity platform, with a focus on active deal flow and a strong record of value creation.
