About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Actuary with a focus on Cash Flow Testing and Capital Management. This senior actuarial professional will be responsible for statutory cash flow testing, C3P1 capital analysis, and life insurance financial reporting. The role involves supporting the quarterly production, governance, and reporting of cash flow testing results, as well as enhancing projection processes, evaluating asset and ALM assumptions, and supporting regulatory filings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and analytical background, deep knowledge of the U.S. statutory framework, and experience in managing complex actuarial models, controls, and reporting processes. Key skills and requirements for this position include an FSA or near-FSA designation with at least 8 years of life and annuity actuarial experience, strong expertise in statutory cash flow testing and C3P1 capital requirements, and a solid understanding of U.S. statutory reporting, valuation regulations, and actuarial standards. Experience with actuarial projection and valuation platforms, particularly MG ALFA, is essential, as is a background in asset modeling, ALM concepts, and investment-related assumptions. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical, communication, project management, and process improvement skills, and will be expected to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
