About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to lead its commercial activities across wholesale and mass-market channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the annual sales strategy, including account planning, seasonal sell-in, margin targets, and volume forecasts. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in opening new accounts and deepening existing partnerships, particularly with major retailers. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with building and scaling a high-performance sales organization, nurturing key account relationships, and representing the company at various industry events. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive sales leadership within the apparel industry, with a focus on mass and club retail channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of buyer-level relationships, a deep understanding of the retail landscape, and a strong merchandising sensibility.
