About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the West Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the regional sales strategy across various channels to meet revenue, depletion, and profit targets. This role involves managing and growing senior distributor and key retail account relationships, as well as owning the full regional P&L, budgets, forecasts, trade spend, and KPI performance. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing regional sales teams, driving collaboration with marketing, finance, and operations, and championing innovation launches to accelerate market share and distribution growth. Applicants for the VP of Sales position should be seasoned beverage alcohol sales leaders with a minimum of 10 years' industry experience, including multi-state leadership in the Western U.S. A strong track record in driving revenue, distribution, and profit growth is essential, as is deep expertise in distributor and key account management, full P&L ownership, pricing, and forecasting. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with the ability to operate at the executive and HQ buyer level, and who is known for building and motivating high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills, executive-level communication, and a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset are also key attributes for the role.
