About the Role

The Company is in need of a VP CRA Compliance Officer to lead the development, administration, and maintenance of its Consumer and CRA Compliance Management Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, driving the success of the CRA program, and generating actionable reports to support strategic decisions and enhance community impact. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify CRA-related opportunities, conducting data integrity reviews, and facilitating training to educate employees on CRA requirements. The VP CRA Compliance Officer will also be involved in the implementation of new CRA program-related regulations and must be adept at maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and staying abreast of regulatory changes. Applicants for the VP CRA Compliance Officer position at the company should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a bank compliance position is desired, along with previous experience in regulatory examinations and audits. The ideal candidate will have a compliance certification from an industry compliance school and be adept at driving program success through independent judgment and timely, compliant deliverables.
