About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the regional go-to-market strategy and drive net-new enterprise customer acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the sales strategy, including territory planning, account prioritization, and pipeline development. This role involves building and maintaining executive-level relationships, leading complex sales cycles, and developing strategic account plans. The VP of Sales will also be expected to partner cross-functionally with customer success, product, and leadership teams to align on growth strategy and market feedback, as well as to continuously refine and optimize the sales strategy within the territory. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise healthcare sales, with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-million dollar deals within hospitals and health systems. The role requires expertise in new logo acquisition, market expansion, and the ability to influence across various healthcare stakeholders. Advanced negotiation skills and the willingness to travel within the assigned territory are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS or tech-enabled services, and experience in simplifying the management of complex surgical cases and improving efficiency in surgical supply chains.
