The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and drive growth, compliance, and community impact. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for all financial operations, corporate financial planning, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare accounting, strategic financial planning, and a deep understanding of the industry. The successful candidate will oversee financial performance, prepare forecasts, manage audit and tax functions, and develop and maintain financial and administrative policies. Proficiency in corporate accounting, GAAP, and healthcare-related financial regulations is essential, as is the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and make informed decisions. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with a CPA, CMA, or related certification being a plus. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial role, particularly in the healthcare sector, is required. The ideal candidate will be an advanced user of MS Excel, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and demonstrate a strong ethical standard with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. The CFO will also be responsible for managing corporate and human resource activities, including employee benefits and retirement plans. This is a permanent, on-site role that demands a strategic leader with a passion for healthcare and a proven track record in financial management.
