About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Facilities to take on a pivotal role in leading and evolving operations across multiple office locations. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong focus on operational excellence, sustainability, and team leadership. Key responsibilities for this on-site position include managing and mentoring a team of facilities professionals, overseeing building systems for operational reliability, driving capital projects, renovations, and space planning, as well as managing vendor relationships and negotiating service contracts. The role also involves budget development and monitoring to ensure cost-effective operations, championing sustainability and safety initiatives, and presenting performance insights and strategic updates to the leadership. Applicants for the Vice President of Facilities role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in facilities management, including team leadership. A strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations, proven project and budget management skills, and excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities are essential. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and hold a professional certification such as CFM, FMP, or similar.
