Applicants for the Head of Quantitative Trading and Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in quantitative trading, prop trading, or algorithmic strategy development. Deep technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration is a must, along with a strong background in real-time data engineering or trading system architecture.
