About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a customer-first mindset, capable of bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to a fast-paced property management organization. Key responsibilities for the COO / Integrator include driving EOS® rhythms, championing core values, and fostering a high-trust team culture. The role also involves providing strategic insight into budgeting, financial planning, and P&L conversations, as well as managing day-to-day property operations and monitoring key data points for operational excellence. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of operations leadership experience, with a proven track record in people management and cross-functional leadership. Strong LMA experience is essential, as is a background in managing businesses with significant annual revenue. The successful candidate will be a grounded, people-focused leader, adept at holding teams accountable and ensuring high execution standards across all operational functions. Preferred qualifications include EOS® experience, a General Contractor Class A license, and a background in single-family homebuilding or construction operations. The role requires a direct communicator with strong audience sensitivity, who is also a coach and mentor, capable of empowering others to reach their full potential.
