About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Paid Search and Biddable Media to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing biddable media strategies that align with client objectives. This includes managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns with a focus on performance metrics such as lead generation, ROI, ROAS, and CPA/CPO. The role also involves fostering strong client relationships, recruiting and mentoring a biddable media team, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure the agency remains a thought leader in the biddable media space. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in managing large-scale, conversion-focused biddable media campaigns, with a specific focus on paid search. A proven track record of achieving high ROI, ROAS, and CPA/CPO, as well as experience in leading and mentoring teams, is essential. Proficiency in SA360, Tableau, and Google Analytics 4 is required, along with strong analytical and technical skills. The role demands a leader who can collaborate across teams to create integrated, multi-channel media strategies and who has a history of meeting or exceeding growth targets. The VP will also be responsible for managing the integration of workflow automation and AI tools in paid search processes, and must be adept at making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
