About the Role

The Chief Product Officer will be responsible for leading product-led transformation across a broad portfolio of SaaS businesses by partnering with CEOs, CPOs and boards to redefine product strategy through GenAI and modern product practices. The role will drive strategic visioning, develop future-state product blueprints and rapidly translate ideas into prototypes by activating internal innovation capabilities. The Chief Product Officer will also design and implement scalable frameworks, playbooks and operating models that enable repeatable product excellence across multiple companies, embed AI-driven thinking into product, customer experience and business model design, and influence internal investment, governance and operating models to shift the organization toward product-led value creation at scale. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading or advising complex product strategies within B2B SaaS environments, with a proven track record of building or transforming product functions in high-growth or scaled organizations. They will demonstrate strong systems thinking and the ability to operate across strategy and execution, translating vision into tangible outcomes. Deep interest and expertise in GenAI and its application to enterprise software is essential, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority. The candidate will possess strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, and a builder mindset with the capability to create scalable systems, frameworks and tools that drive long-term impact across a portfolio.
