Applicants for the Chief Compliance Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory oversight, legal/compliance operations, or related functions. A background in healthcare services, particularly in regulated care settings such as behavioral health, mental health, or home health, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a strong blend of healthcare compliance expertise, operational judgment, executive communication skills, and practical leadership. Experience with Medicaid, regulatory oversight, and payer-related compliance is essential.
