About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its mission-driven healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include leading all financial aspects, overseeing a complex nonprofit healthcare finance environment, and ensuring compliance with various financial requirements. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a CPA is strongly preferred. A minimum of 5-8 years of senior financial leadership experience in nonprofit healthcare or FQHC settings is required, along with a deep knowledge of nonprofit accounting, grant compliance, and federal reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing revenue cycle management and payer reimbursement, and experience in working with executive leadership and boards. The role demands a leader who can build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, and who values collaboration, innovation, and a strong leadership voice.
