About the Role

The role also involves working with the board of directors to evaluate and determine the organization's strategic direction, as well as ensuring financial and operational leadership aligned with best practices. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), strong financial acumen, and experience in fundraising and external relations. Personal attributes such as emotional intelligence, superior communication skills, and a deep passion for the mission are essential.
