About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational integrity of the organization, providing strategic direction, overseeing financial operations, and driving compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities for the CFO include providing financial expertise and guidance to support mission-aligned decision-making, strengthening the budgeting process, optimizing cash-handling procedures, and developing a reliable cash-flow forecasting process. The CFO will also be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the finance department's structure, processes, and staffing, as well as overseeing the preparation of all financial reports. The ideal CFO candidate for the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with an MBA and/or CPA preferred, and at least 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience. Other requirements include the ability to lead and develop finance teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in the healthcare industry is also a key requirement for this role. The CFO will be expected to continuously support the professional development of finance team members and ensure the organization's financial practices align with its mission.
