The successful candidate will be responsible for program and project management, including the delivery of AI initiatives, managing timelines, risks, and cross-regional coordination. They will also be tasked with maintaining integrated program plans, running governance routines, and supporting budgeting and vendor coordination. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of AI Project Management at the company include cross-functional coordination, execution and delivery, governance, risk, and controls, as well as measurement and continuous improvement. The role requires a proactive and technically fluent program manager who can excel in a complex, cross-functional environment and maintain momentum in a highly regulated setting. The candidate will serve as the central link across various teams, facilitate working sessions, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned.
