About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to join their team. This role also involves the rejection of loans with clear explanations of deficiencies, as well as the approval of loans and assisting customers with their inquiries. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced commercial lender with a proven track record, who is looking to make a significant impact and is open to the opportunity of taking over and expanding an established portfolio. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Loan Officer, possess strong credit experience, and have a business development mindset. Leadership aspirations, a team-first mentality, and the ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products are essential. The role requires familiarity with sales, commercial loan processing, and closing processes, as well as the ability to multitask effectively and have good communication skills.
