About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its multi-faceted arts organization. Strategic planning, financial management, and the ability to balance a budget while focusing on growth are critical. The role demands a leader who is collaborative, diplomatic, and can inspire confidence, as well as someone who is comfortable with the legacy of the organization and is committed to its mission. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have at least 7-10 years' of progressive senior management experience, with a proven track record in fundraising and financial management. A background in orchestras, choruses, music festivals, or arts education institutions is preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic leadership style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and mentor a senior leadership team. They must be goal-oriented, with a focus on problem-solving and planning, and be adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders.
