About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and CEO to lead its mission of empowering parents and caregivers facing homelessness. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary, mission-driven, and results-oriented leadership, ensuring that all aspects of the organization align with its 2Gen approach. This includes overseeing financial management, philanthropy, organizational culture, talent, and programming to support the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services. The role also involves serving as the primary external fundraiser, leading a significant fundraising campaign, and maintaining strong fiscal management. The President and CEO will be the public face of the organization, influencing public policies, and representing the company as a trusted thought leader and advocate. Applicants for the President and CEO position at the company should have at least 15 years of leadership experience in anti-poverty, human services, or public-sector organizations, with a Master’s degree in a related field preferred. The role requires a seasoned leader with a deep equity orientation, capable of guiding the development and execution of strategic plans, and ensuring the organization's stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in philanthropy, be adept at building and sustaining high-impact relationships, and have a strong understanding of public policy, economic trends, and philanthropic landscapes. They must be committed to fostering a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performance culture, and be adept at leading with clarity, transparency, and consistency.
