About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to join their Executive Leadership Team. This strategic role is pivotal in defining the IT roadmap, driving enterprise-wide transformation, and ensuring high-performing day-to-day IT operations. The successful candidate will be a transformational technology executive with a strong blend of strategic vision and operational excellence, responsible for leading technology-driven innovation initiatives that enhance employee productivity, enable digital business growth, and drive smart manufacturing and automation. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy, overseeing all daily IT operations, and serving as a strategic partner to the CXO and executive team. The role also involves leading a large IT organization, redesigning the IT structure, and cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Information Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior IT executive roles within large, complex organizations, and experience in leading enterprise-wide technology transformations, including ERP, IoT/smart factory initiatives, and digital enablement. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational execution, expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and service management, and exceptional communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills. Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large IT budgets are essential, and experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer packaged goods industries is a plus.
