About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Research Integrity and Compliance to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive compliance programs. This role involves shaping the compliance vision, overseeing the compliance and privacy teams, and serving as a key liaison for system-wide compliance leadership. The VP will also be tasked with designing and evaluating compliance controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and guiding the institution through high-risk compliance matters. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a strong background in healthcare and research compliance, with experience in both academic and community hospital settings. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred. Certification in Health Care Compliance is mandatory within six months of hire, and advanced certifications are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in compliance, strong strategic judgment, and the ability to lead in a complex, matrixed academic environment.
