About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to take on a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall HR strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR transformation and implementing strategic initiatives that drive meaningful and sustainable outcomes. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Regional President and Global CHRO, as well as driving change management processes and fostering a culture of success in line with corporate values. The VP of HR will also be tasked with leading, mentoring, and developing regional HR leadership and team members to ensure the delivery of key business objectives. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, including a minimum of 5 years in HR leadership. The role requires a change agent with a proven track record in HR transformation within a global, complex environment, and strong skills in areas such as employee relations, legal compliance, talent management, and development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence and coach management, be adept at HR project management, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position also demands the ability to travel 25-30% across the region.
