About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs, Provost to provide executive-level leadership and vision in the areas of curricular and programmatic innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational oversight, ensuring the integration of professionalizing experiences that prepare graduates for success in a global and rapidly evolving creative landscape. This role involves collaborating with senior administrators to enhance the institution's strengths and maintain academic standards in alignment with the overall strategic plan. The Provost will also lead efforts to develop and maintain a diverse and distinguished faculty body and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusivity. Candidates for the Provost position at the company should be experienced and forward-thinking educators with a strong record in academic administration, particularly in the fields of music, theater, dance, the arts, business, and entrepreneurship, or related areas. The role requires a leader who can demonstrate the effective design and implementation of new programmatic offerings and initiatives, and who is committed to the success of a diverse community of faculty, staff, and students. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and innovative thinker, capable of leading change and fostering a culture of collegiality, cooperation, and collaboration.
