About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Program Officer (CPO) to join its executive team and lead the strategic and operational direction of its programs. The CPO will be responsible for program innovation, design, implementation, and impact measurement, with a focus on providing inspirational leadership to the program team. This role is pivotal in the organization's growth, requiring the strengthening of operational infrastructure, building scalable systems, and ensuring the delivery of programs with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a commitment to continuous improvement, adept at analyzing complex information, and ensuring processes are optimized for accuracy and efficiency. The CPO will also be a key player in the organization's strategic planning and decision-making, engaging with the Board of Directors and external stakeholders. Candidates for the CPO position at the company should have a deep passion for the mission of advancing economic mobility and at least 8 years of senior management experience, preferably in a nonprofit focused on workforce development. The role demands an exceptional people leader with a proven track record in team management, staff development, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The CPO will be expected to be an analytic and decisive decision-maker, with a strong focus on data-driven program evaluation and a proactive approach to program expansion and innovation. A background in the food or hospitality industry, as well as experience with Salesforce, is highly desirable.
