Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in the YMCA or similar mission-driven organizations. The role requires a leader with exceptional relationship-building skills, the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, and a clear, confident communication style.
