About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic partner, providing vision, leadership, and operational excellence across all financial functions to ensure the organization's day-to-day effectiveness and long-term financial health. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as overseeing financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and capital deployment analysis. The role also involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, driving process improvements, and managing investor capital accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, investor accounting, complex tax structures, and compliance, with a preference for those holding a CPA, CFA, or MBA. The successful CFO will be a seasoned finance executive with at least 15 years' experience in senior finance leadership, preferably within property management or real estate. They must have a proven track record of fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, leading through complexity, and driving organizational effectiveness, growth, and value. The role requires a leader who can manage debt facilities, banking relationships, and treasury operations, as well as optimize the company's capital structure, liquidity, and risk management. Additionally, the CFO will be responsible for providing executive oversight of IT, ensuring systems support scalability, security, and efficiency, and driving digital transformation and technology governance. The position demands a professional with deep expertise in financial operations, strong systems experience, and the ability to partner with the legal team on regulatory compliance and governance.
