About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to spearhead its revenue and growth strategy, with a strong emphasis on developing and scaling a high-performing B2B go-to-market motion. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning revenue performance, leading the sales function, and driving a multi-year growth strategy. This role requires a proven growth leader with deep experience in the education sector, particularly in selling to K-12 school districts or closely related markets. The Chief Growth Officer will be tasked with assessing and accelerating current performance, building a B2B growth engine, and expanding into new markets. An ideal candidate will have a track record of driving revenue growth in complex, multi-market environments, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. The Chief Growth Officer will also be expected to lead and develop the sales organization, instill a high-performance sales culture, and drive high-performing account management. Collaboration with the Government Affairs team to align the growth strategy with regulatory and legislative dynamics is essential. The role demands an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, operationally engaged, and a team builder with an enterprise sales orientation. While not mandatory, familiarity with the Texas market is preferred. The candidate should be a collaborative executive with a strong presence, capable of contributing at the executive level and shaping the organizational design to support long-term growth.
