About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in development, with at least 10 years' of leadership experience, and the ability to cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships that go beyond transactional interactions. Key responsibilities for the VP of Development include taking an entrepreneurial approach to fundraising, serving as a visible ambassador for the organization, and leading a stewardship program to engage and inform prospective donors. The role requires a candidate with a strong strategic mindset, the ability to think creatively about revenue generation, and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.
