Collaboration, partnership, and a strong commitment to fundraising and external engagement are also key responsibilities. Candidates for the Dean of Libraries position at the company should have an earned terminal degree in library and information science or a related field, with a strong background in academic or research library administration. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management, as well as a deep commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and collaborative partnerships.
