About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its mission-driven leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic and operational partner, leading all financial aspects of the business, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, capital strategy, and operational finance. This role is pivotal in the company's expansion, requiring the development and execution of financial strategies that align with growth objectives, oversight of cash flow and working capital, and strong internal controls. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing financial insights to support decision-making, and profitability, and will play a key role in M&A activities and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in a complex, operationally driven environment, with strong expertise in operational finance, cash flow management, and asset-based lending. Experience in raising both debt and equity at the company level is essential, as is a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-driven performance management. The role demands a hands-on, strategic leader with excellent communication and executive presence, and a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA, CPA, and/or CFA strongly preferred. The CFO will also be responsible for team leadership, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and positioning finance as a true business partner across the organization.
