About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a strategic leader and partner to the network organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and staff development. This role requires a proactive and collaborative leader who can balance strategic vision with operational execution, and who is dedicated to promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee success. The Vice President will also be tasked with driving the development and implementation of HR processes, systems, and metrics that align with organizational goals and support operational excellence. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in a generalist HR role, with at least 3 years' in a management capacity, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, and the ability to apply them effectively in a variety of business contexts. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization are essential. The role also demands a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions, as well as proficiency in HRIS systems and relevant HR technology tools. HR certification is preferred but not required.
