About the Role

The Company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. The CFO will be responsible for leading and partnering with senior leaders to ensure the company's financial growth and long-term stability. This executive role involves overseeing a wide range of financial functions, including accounting, finance, treasury, wire transfers, collections, and subsidiaries, with a strategic focus. The successful candidate will provide expertise in financial planning and analysis, compliance, and financial and accounting reporting, and will be instrumental in creating and maintaining partnerships within the financial scope of the organization. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a bachelor's degree, CPA, and/or CMA professional designation, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years' of executive experience in accounting and finance within a financial institution or a credit union with subsidiaries is required. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in reporting. The CFO will be expected to have a collaborative and engaged approach, particularly in the preparation and evaluation of budgets and capital plans, and to have extensive experience in annual CPA external audits and compliance. The position is pivotal in implementing the annual financial strategic plan and requires a candidate who can develop innovative solutions within a high-performing organization.
