About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the strategic growth of its direct-to-consumer (DTC) beauty brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading customer acquisition and retention strategies across various channels, including the brand's website, social media, and marketplaces. This role involves overseeing a skilled team that manages paid media, direct mail, affiliate and influencer marketing, organic social media, CRO, and web development. The VP of Marketing will be encouraged to innovate, test, and take risks to elevate marketing efforts and significantly grow revenue. Key responsibilities include crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing and optimizing large-scale paid social advertising campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency and impact through content oversight. Applicants must have 7-12 years of digital growth marketing experience, with a focus on the last 2 years within DTC brands. Expertise in paid media, particularly in managing and driving conversion for large-scale paid social advertising campaigns, is essential. Proficiency in e-commerce and a background in marketing for the beauty and wellness industry, ideally for a CPG DTC brand, are also required. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical capabilities, a history of using data to shape effective marketing strategies, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments are crucial for this position.
