About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission with passion and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the organization's strategic direction, with a strong focus on empowering and advocating for the community. This role demands a leader who can balance internal operations with external partnerships, foster a culture of collaboration and engagement, and ensure the organization's visibility and impact are in line with its mission. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and community stakeholders to lead transformational change, and will be expected to have a deep passion for youth development, equity, and expanding opportunities for the community. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years' of executive leadership experience, particularly in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in strategic leadership, fundraising, financial management, program development, and team and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative, results-driven leadership style, and a demonstrated ability to lead change and build resilient teams. A key aspect of the role is the cultivation of strategic partnerships to enhance program offerings and shared outcomes, as well as the integration of data-driven analysis to maximize the impact of programs and membership engagement. The CEO will also be responsible for modernizing HR systems and practices to support the organization's goals and performance.
