About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Operations Data Governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving data governance initiatives to ensure operational excellence and compliance. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and workflows. The AVP will also be tasked with collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes, developing metrics and dashboards for monitoring data quality, and supporting regulatory reporting requirements. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, data management, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in data governance or asset management operations. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and financial data platforms is essential, as is a strong knowledge of financial instruments and transaction lifecycles. The role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience in implementing data governance policies and operational improvements is also a key requirement for this position.
