The successful candidate will be tasked with building and maintaining a performance management architecture, integrating cross-functional systems, and fostering strategic relationships with various stakeholders. A strong focus on a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation is essential, as is the ability to lead with a presence that is equally effective in both boardroom and community settings. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, strategy, or transformation. The role requires a leader who has a proven track record of leading significant organizational change and building systems or teams from the ground up. Financial literacy and a graduate degree in a related field are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a background in Federally Qualified Health Centers or community health settings, and familiarity with performance improvement methodologies.
