The Company is seeking a Vice President for Entity IT Services to play a pivotal role in the strategic development and implementation of IT plans that support the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be a key partner to business, clinical, and academic leaders, ensuring that IT services are in line with the company's goals. This executive will be responsible for the overall IT operational delivery and effectiveness, leading a team of Executive IT Directors and their onsite teams, and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and continuous improvement. The role also involves close collaboration with senior IT leaders, overseeing service level agreements, and leading enterprise projects that require coordinated implementation across the company's entities. The ideal candidate will be a driven leader with a proven track record in IT service delivery, particularly in the healthcare sector. They must be transparent, collaborative, and team-oriented, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Responsibilities for the VP include sharing best practices, evaluating and adopting new technologies, and helping to shape the strategy for enterprise systems. The role requires a strong emphasis on responsiveness to stakeholder needs, and the VP will also work closely with operational and clinical partners to design and implement forward-looking, cost-effective, and reliable technology solutions. Compliance with regulatory requirements and the development of technology-related policies and procedures are also key aspects of the position.
