About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, People Strategy and Governance to take on a senior enterprise leadership role with a focus on defining, evolving, and operationalizing the company's people strategy function. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the people strategy, acting as a thought partner to the Chief People Officer, and ensuring that the people function is structured, resourced, and governed effectively to support business growth. This includes oversight of HR governance, employee relations, health and safety, and compliance, as well as leading strategic initiatives that enhance the people function and enterprise readiness. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in a people or HR function, with a strong background in operating at a senior executive level and advising C-suite leaders. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in designing and evolving people operating models, workforce strategy, and influencing at the executive level. Experience in M&A, partnerships, or complex organizational integrations is preferred, as is a background in consulting, strategic enterprise roles, or the healthcare and technology industries. The VP will also be expected to maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and to coach and develop their direct reports to ensure successful outcomes.
