About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Quality, Regulatory, and Patient Safety to lead the strategic direction, implementation, and oversight of quality improvement and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care across the health system, which includes multiple hospitals, outpatient facilities, and a large network of primary and specialty care practices. This executive will drive clinical excellence, improve patient safety, and lead performance improvement initiatives to meet or exceed industry benchmarks. Collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders is essential to align operations with strategic goals and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates for the VP Quality role at the company should have a minimum of ten years' progressive leadership experience in clinical performance, quality improvement, or clinical operations within a healthcare system. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical governance, and accreditation processes is required, as well as expertise in quality improvement methodologies and data analytics for clinical performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and team building, with a proven ability to foster a culture of accountability and high performance. While both physicians and non-physicians are encouraged to apply, those with clinical backgrounds are preferred. The role demands a dynamic, distinguished executive who can lead a comprehensive quality program and achieve organizational goals in a rapidly growing and expanding healthcare environment.
