About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Lending Officer (CLO) to join its executive leadership team. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a minimum of 7 years' progressive leadership experience in lending and collections within a financial institution. The CLO will be expected to have a proven track record in leading portfolio growth, risk management, operational improvement, and team development. The role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and impact within the community, and the ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging product pricing and service delivery models to meet market opportunities and member needs.
